The Nintendo Switch, available since the 3rd of March, seems to be having a painful launch.
Several users have been reporting issues with the device from overheating, to crashing and scratching of the display.
A video on YouTube from CrowbCat seems to have gone viral demonstrating some of the defects and design flaws:

Users also have been reporting dead pixels, though Nintendo claims that this is a normal characteristic of LCD displays and should not be seen as a defect.
The dock also seems to scratch the display itself and in a response, Nintendo has taken down the ability to buy the dock on their website.
